Ceramic heaters maintain optimal melt temperature, while Gefran pressure sensors trigger automatic screen change alerts to prevent delays.

5. European-Style Pelletizing System
The cutting system adjusts in real time based on melt pressure, ensuring uniform pellet size (tolerance ±0.2 mm) and preventing agglomeration.

6. Vibration and Drying System
The integrated vibration dryer and centrifugal dehydrator ensure final pellet moisture content below 3%. A built-in heat exchanger efficiently cools industrial water, reducing water consumption.
