I. Wide Application Range
The KSP series pelletizing system is specifically designed for rigid plastic recycling, supporting a wide range of high-value recycling applications including PE/PP bottle flakes, HDPE pipes and pallets, HDPE barrels and containers, PS/ABS engineering plastics, as well as PC bottles and containers.

1. Screw Feeder

2. Single-Screw Extruder
Designed with a high-power barrel and screw, it delivers exceptional plasticizing capacity and high output. The wear-resistant alloy material extends the service life by 1.5 times compared to traditional pelletizing equipment.
3. Double Vacuum Degassing System
The patented double-stage design effectively removes low-molecular-weight compounds, residual moisture, and printing inks, doubling the efficiency of single vacuum degassing systems and significantly enhancing pellets purity.
4. Plate-Type Screen Changer
The single plate double station filter offers maximum filtration area and enables uninterrupted screen changing, ideal for Manufacturers requiring continuous operation. Ceramic heaters maintain optimal melt temperature, while Gefran pressure sensors trigger automatic screen change alerts to prevent delays.
5. European-Style Pelletizing System
The cutting system adjusts in real time based on melt pressure, ensuring uniform pellet size (tolerance ±0.2 mm) and preventing agglomeration.
6. Vibration and Drying System
The integrated vibration dryer and centrifugal dehydrator ensure final pellet moisture content below 3%. A built-in heat exchanger efficiently cools industrial water, reducing water consumption.
7. PLC Control Panel
Featuring components from Siemens, Schneider, and ABB, along with a 3D visualization interface, the system supports one-button start/stop, recipe memory, and safety interlock functions, making operation simple and reducing the learning curve.
