Laser cutting

 

Kitech Machinery uses a fully automatic laser cutting machine that can generate a laser beam with a power of 150000 watts to achieve high-precision cutting of carbon steel metal plates, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of parts.

During the laser cutting process, the heat affected zone is small, which has a relatively small impact on the performance of the steel. It will not produce significant thermal deformation like flame cutting, ensuring the quality of the cut steel.

Milling machine

 

Milling machines can accurately process various flat surfaces, such as horizontal, vertical, and inclined surfaces. Whether it is the flat machining of simple block shaped parts or the flat machining of specific angles on complex structures, milling machines can perform excellently. For example, in mechanical manufacturing, the flat machining of various types of boxes, bases, and other parts cannot be separated from milling machines, providing a flat foundation surface for subsequent assembly and use.

 

 

 

CNC milling machine

 

Kitech Machinery uses CNC milling machines to process equipment parts. The CNC milling machine adopts a digital control system, which can accurately control the motion trajectory and processing parameters of the machine tool. Its pulse equivalent can reach the micrometer level or even higher, ensuring the accuracy of processing.

Lathe

 

Kitech machinery uses a lathe to cut and drill screw holes on workpieces. A lathe, when paired with appropriate fixtures and measuring tools, can achieve high positioning accuracy. Through the precision transmission system of the lathe and components such as the headstock, the feed motion of the drill bit can be precisely controlled, and the dimensional accuracy of the hole can be controlled within a very small tolerance range, ensuring the fitting accuracy between various components.

 

Welding

 

Kitech Machinery uses a combination of argon arc welding and electric arc welding to weld workpieces. Argon arc welding can ensure the quality of the weld root and reduce defects such as porosity and slag inclusion. As argon is an inert gas, it can effectively protect the molten pool and keep the weld metal pure. The root of the weld seam after argon arc welding is smooth and free of oxidation. When filling and covering with arc welding in the future, high-quality welds can also be formed on this good basis, ensuring that the welding surface of the workpiece is firm and reliable.

Polishing

 

Kitech machinery uses polishing technology to process workpieces. The polishing process can remove welding spatter generated during the welding process. And it can remove the oxide layer and other impurities on the surface of the workpiece, making the surface of the workpiece cleaner. The stress concentration on the surface of the polished workpiece is reduced, and the fatigue strength is improved.

 

Quality inspection

 

Kitech machinery measures the dimensions of workpieces using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring instruments, etc., to ensure that the dimensions of the workpieces meet the requirements of the design drawings. By using visual inspection and roughness measuring instruments and other tools, the quality of the workpiece surface is checked to ensure the smoothness and flatness of the workpiece appearance, and to avoid defects that affect aesthetics and rust prevention performance.

PLC automation and Intelligent control system

 

Kitech Machinery uses an integrated electrical control system to operate the entire recycling system through a computer. All electrical appliances are made of well-known brands such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc., which comply with CE, UL, CSA standards and are equipped with multiple safety measures to ensure the safe use of the machines.

 

Mechanical assembly

 

Kitech machinery will clean the machinery during assembly to remove impurities such as oil, rust, and chips. At the same time, lubricate the contact surfaces of some moving parts as needed to reduce friction and wear. For mechanical connections, use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to ensure a secure and reliable connection.
