IV. Workflow
The KHS series hydraulic squeezing dryer is designed for drying LDPE industrial film, LDPE bags, and PP woven bags. It is typically operated via a one-button PLC intelligent control system. Washed material is fed into the machine using a screw conveyor. A hydraulic valve is installed at the outlet-initially closed to allow material accumulation and pressure build-up. As pressure reaches a pre-set value, the valve opens automatically to discharge the dried material.

3.Perform regular cleaning, especially of the filtration unit, to prevent clogging and contamination.
