(1) Extended Service Life: The disc mesh is made of high-strength chrome-molybdenum steel. Its robust 1.5mm thickness ensures long operational life, significantly reducing the frequency and cost of filter replacements.
(2) Lower Labor Costs: Say goodbye to frequent manual screen changes! The system is equipped with six high-efficiency scrapers that form a continuous cleaning mechanism, rapidly removing impurities from the filter surface. This allows for automatic cleaning even during the continuous production operations, minimizing unplanned downtime caused by manual screen changing and greatly boosting overall production efficiency.
(3) Superior Filtration Precision: Thanks to advanced laser technology, the filter is precision-drilled with thousands of micro-holes for efficient impurity removal. Filtration precision is adjustable within a range of 80 to 800 microns, ensuring optimal results for various material requirements.

4.Stable Underwater Pelletizing System:
Underwater pelletizing is an innovative and friendly plastic pelletizing technology. The core principle involves cutting the extruded polymer immediately while it is in a molten state. The pellets then enter a sealed water chamber, where the temperature difference of the cooling water causes these droplet-like pellets to solidify gradually, finally, forming near-spherical pellets.
This technology offers various advantages. It employs a sealed, circulating process, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly production environment. The resulting pellets exhibit a smooth and uniform surface, alongside high density, excellent flowability, and low adhesion characteristics, making them highly suitable for downstream processing and secondary production. Furthermore, the system has minimal space requirements, occupies a small footprint, and features low industrial water consumption, conform to energy-saving and environmentally conscious design principles.


5. One in Two Drying System:
Innovatively combines vibratory and horizontal centrifugal drying for high drying efficiency and low energy consumption. An integrated cooling water system with a heat exchanger allows for internal water recycling, embodying an eco-friendly design. Final pellet moisture content is below 3%.
