We' re excited to announce that this week, Kitech Machinery has successfully tested the KCP100+120 double stage compacting pellets making machine for PP non-woven fabric! This pelletizing system features an economical and practical underwater strand cutting system. Utilizing a three-step process: Extrusion → Water Cooling → Strand Cutting. This system is composed of strand die, cooling water tank, air dryer, strand pelletizer, and vibrating drying system. Underwater pelletizing systems are a very cost-effective option for your plastic recycling solutions.

1. Feeding System
Belt conveyor for automated feeding.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for precise feed control.
Optional metal detector to protect the compactor.

2. Dust Removal Unit

4. Two-Stage Extruder
Double stage extruder exceptionally effective for processing difficult plastic materials such as heavily inked printing films, high-moisture-content films, and temperature-sensitive feedstocks. Double extrusion, filtration, and degassing deliver superior plasticization and pellet quality.

5. Plate-Type Screen Changer
Maximum Filtration Area: Large filtration area for high-volume, continuous production.
Reduced Screen-changing Time: Double-position design enables seamless, uninterrupted screen changes.

7. Underwater Strand Pelletizing System
An economical and versatile solution for many applications, this system utilizes a three-step process: extrusion, cooling, and cutting. The plastic melt is first shaped into strands through a die head, then cooled and solidified in a water tank, and finally cut into uniform pellets by the pelletizer. It achieves an impressive pellet size uniformity of ±0.3mm, making it ideal for large-scale production of general-purpose plastics like PP and PE.
