Successful Test Of Kitech's KCP100+120 Double-Stage Underwater Strand Pelletizing Machine For PP Non-woven Fabric

 

We' re excited to announce that this week, Kitech Machinery has successfully tested the KCP100+120 double stage compacting pellets making machine for PP non-woven fabric! This pelletizing system features an economical and practical underwater strand cutting system. Utilizing a three-step process: Extrusion → Water Cooling → Strand Cutting. This system is composed of strand die, cooling water tank, air dryer, strand pelletizer, and vibrating drying system. Underwater pelletizing systems are a very cost-effective option for your plastic recycling solutions.

7. Underwater Strand Pelletizing System

An economical and versatile solution for many applications, this system utilizes a three-step process: extrusion, cooling, and cutting. The plastic melt is first shaped into strands through a die head, then cooled and solidified in a water tank, and finally cut into uniform pellets by the pelletizer. It achieves an impressive pellet size uniformity of ±0.3mm, making it ideal for large-scale production of general-purpose plastics like PP and PE.
