Last week marked a significant milestone at Kitech Facility as the AGS1200 single-shaft shredder successfully processed LDPE film at a sustained throughput of 500-600 kg/hour. At the test site, the process was still running smoothly in the face of large volumes of LDPE film, and the output size was uniform. The shredded film is now ready for direct sale as recycled feedstock or further downstream processing.

It resolves the conflict between the intermittent output of the upstream shredder and the need for continuous, stable feed for subsequent processes. This hopper is a critical component for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and continuous operation of the entire production line.
