Kitech Machinery is committed to mechanical and physical recycling solutions for plastic ton bags. Solutions include cutting and crushing tons of bag materials, mechanically cutting and crushing waste plastic tons of bags through shredders or guillotine cutting machines, crushers and other equipment. These equipment can cut plastic ton bags into small pieces or fragments for subsequent cleaning, processing and granulation.

Rinsing, friction washing and drying: Rinse, friction clean and dry the crushed ton bag materials to remove surface contaminants and residues. The washing process can use water washing or chemical washing, while the drying process can use methods such as centrifugal dehydration or non-plasticizing squeezing and hot air drying.

The cleaned materials are further compressed and granulated: the washed and dried ton bag fragments are compressed and granulated for storage, transportation and subsequent production and processing. The granulated plastic particles are generally used to reprocess to produce new low-quality ton bags or woven bags, or to produce other products. These products can include plastic pellets, plastic sheets, plastic pipes, etc. for use in various industries.

By using KITECH's mechanical and physical recycling solutions, discarded plastic ton bags can be effectively processed and utilized, reducing resource waste and environmental pollution.
