We're excited to share that Kitech Machinery recently conducted a successful test of the KCP80 pelletizer, using PE non-woven fabric and PE film as the primary material. The results were outstanding-the pellets produced were uniform in color, smooth on the surface, free of bubbles, and exhibited excellent heat resistance. These high-quality pellets are ideal for secondary processing, including blow molding, injection molding, film blowing, and pipe extrusion, creating a perfect production loop. From Plastic Waste to Premium Plastic Pellets: A Seamless Process
Our pelletizing line transforms plastic raw materials into high-quality pellets. The journey begins with material feeding system to cutter& compacter for better crushing and preheating, followed by uniform feeding into the extruder for melting and plasticizing. Then the melt filter through our plate-type screen changer. The purified melt is then precision-cut by the water-ring pelletizing system. Finally, the resulting pellets are cooled, screened and dried via vibration drying system, ready for storage in silo system.
