Kitech Machinery has custom-developed a PE/PP rigid plastic crushing and washing line specifically for Saudi Arabian clients. This is a highly efficient, stable, and automated recycling system. The line focuses on the recycling of HDPE/PP plastic containers (such as gasoline bottles, household bottles, and toiletries bottles), with a capacity of 500-800kg/h, fully meeting the needs of large-scale, continuous factory production and significantly improving the recycling value and reuse rate of rigid waste plastics.
I. Main Production Process
Belt Conveyor→ Crushing Machine→ Screw Conveyor→ Friction Washer→ Separation Tank→ Screw Conveyor→ Centrifugal Dryer→ Pipe Line Dryer→ Packing Silo

II. Main Core Components
01 Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor uses a wear-resistant rubber belt to transport raw materials to the crushing stage at a uniform speed. The conveyor is equipped with a high-sensitivity metal detector, which can effectively identify and prompt the removal of mixed metal impurities, preventing damage to downstream equipment and ensuring production safety.
02 Crusher
The crusher is primarily designed and optimized for plastic films, small hollow bottles, and PET bottles. The crushed material is easier to clean and dry, laying the foundation for subsequent deep cleaning. It mainly consists of high-quality bearings and counterweight rollers, a low-energy WEG motor, an automated electro-hydraulic control system, high-hardness D2 alloy blades, a programmable PLC control system, and customizable screen sizes.

03 Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor, a commonly used material conveying device, uses a motor to drive a rotating screw, pushing materials to achieve the purpose of material transport. Its enclosed structure effectively connects the main working components, achieving stable material transmission, preventing material drop and secondary contamination, and ensuring continuous production line operation. Furthermore, it has the advantages of simple structure, small footprint, easy operation, and low maintenance costs.

04 Low-Speed Friction Washer
Within a slowly rotating drum, the bottle flakes undergo gentle but continuous physical friction using a low-speed rotating mechanical structure, rather than relying on high-speed water flow or strong chemicals. This effectively removes most of the dirt, sand, and label debris adhering to the surface, while reducing material breakage or powder generation caused by high-speed impacts, thus improving product quality while ensuring cleaning effectiveness. This process, as a pre-washing stage, significantly reduces the burden on subsequent washing and saves water.
05 Separation Tank
The separation tank is a key cleaning equipment widely used in the plastic recycling industry. It is mainly used for impurity separation and deep cleaning of crushed waste plastics (such as PET, PE, PP, etc.) to improve the purity and quality of recycled plastics. In terms of materials, it is usually made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, effectively resisting the chemical corrosion that may occur during the washing process, extending the service life of the equipment, and reducing maintenance costs. In terms of product specifications, Kitech Machinery offers a variety of sizes to meet the needs of different production scales.

06 Centrifugal dryer
Utilizing the principle of high-speed centrifugal drying, it quickly removes a large amount of moisture from the surface of the plastic flakes. This equipment offers excellent dehydration results for rigid plastics such as PP, PE, HDPE, and PET, significantly reducing energy consumption in subsequent heat drying stages.

07 Pipe Line Heating
Under controlled temperatures, the sheet material undergoes thorough convection drying via a hot air circulation system, strictly controlling the moisture content to below 3%. This step is crucial, ensuring that the recycled plastics meet the moisture content standards for reprocessing processes such as blow molding and injection molding.
08 Packing Silo
Packing Silo, clean sheet material is finally transported to a sealed storage silo for temporary storage. The silo is moisture-proof and dust-proof, preventing material re-moistening or contamination, ensuring stable quality, and facilitating subsequent packaging or direct use in reprocessing.

III. Core Advantages of the Production Line
Compact layout, high degree of automation, reduced manual intervention;
Designed specifically for rigid plastics, wear-resistant and durable, easy to maintain;
Multiple cleaning and deep dehydration drying processes result in high purity and low moisture content output;
Process details can be flexibly adjusted according to the customer's actual raw material conditions, offering strong adaptability.
Kitech Machinery is committed to providing customers with customized plastic recycling solutions. The 500-800kg/h PE/PP rigid plastic washing line not only improves recycling efficiency, but also helps customers achieve the dual goals of environmental protection and economic benefits with stable output and quality.
