V.Essential Operation & Maintenance Guidelines:
Stable Installation: Place the shredder on a level, stable surface in a well-ventilated area to prevent movement and ensure adequate motor cooling for extended lifespan.

Pre-Operation Checks: Before starting, ensure the blade assembly moves freely and the crushing chamber is clear of obstructions. Verify rotation direction matches the machine's indicator arrow. Allow the machine to run idle for 1-2 minutes before feeding material.

Consistent Feeding: Maintain a steady, even feed rate. Avoid overloading the hopper, especially when processing tough, elastic plastics, to prevent blade jamming, motor overload, or potential damage.

Operational Monitoring: Maintain consistent feeding to avoid overload or running empty. Strictly exclude metals and other hard contaminants. Never operate under sustained overload conditions. Immediately stop the machine if excessive vibration, unusual noises, high bearing temperatures, or an overheated motor occur. Investigate the cause before restarting.
