1. Extended Service Life: The core component – the laser filter screen – is made from high-strength chrome-molybdenum steel. Its thickened 1.5mm design ensures a remarkably long service life, significantly reducing the frequency and cost of screen changing.

A variable frequency drive allows adjustment of the feeding speed, ensuring a consistent supply of shredded waste plastic to the extruder. Constructed with stainless steel for longevity, feeding components can also be customized based on client needs.

2. High-Performance Single-Screw Extruder
Specially designed by Kitech's team, the barrel and screw structure provide superior plasticizing ability and higher output. Multi-stage heating and venting significantly improve melt uniformity and quality. Made from wear-resistant alloy, its service life is 1.5 times longer than standard materials.

3. Double Vacuum Degassing System
Kitech's patented two-stage design improves efficiency by nearly 100% compared to single vacuum systems. It effectively removes low molecular weight compounds, residual moisture, and printing inks, markedly enhancing the purity of the final plastic pellets.

4. Precision Pelletizing Process
Kitech utilizes a European-style water ring pelletizer. It automatically adjusts cutting speed based on real-time melt pressure, ensuring uniform pellet size without clumping (tolerance ±0.3mm). Depending on client requirements, other cutting modes like water strand or underwater pelletizing can be offered for customized production goals.

5. Vibration Drying & Silo System
Combines a vibration dryer and a centrifugal dehydrator. An optional screening device can remove oversized granulates. A heat exchanger enables a closed-loop water cooling system, saving energy. The large-capacity Kitech silo allows for real-time output monitoring and provides effective drying and storage for plastic pellets.


6. PLC Touchscreen Control Panel
The PLC system uses reputable components from brands like Siemens, Schneider, and ABB. It features an intuitive 3D visual interface, supports one-touch start/stop, recipe memory, and safety interlock functions, making operation simple and convenient.

7. Industrial Water Chiller
Compact footprint with low operating noise. It automatically regulates temperature to maintain stable process water temperature. The water circulation design helps reduce energy consumption.
