Engineered specifically for processing rigid plastic scraps including PP, PE, ABS, PS, HIPS, and PC, the KSP series integrates material feeding, plasticization, filtration, pelletizing, and drying into a single streamlined system.
1. High-capacity drying silo & screw feeder
The process begins with Kitech Machinery large-volume drying hopper, designed to dry out moisture in the raw material. A variable-speed screw conveyor then transfers dried material (<14mm) to the extrusion system, with both feed rate and capacity fully customizable.


2.Kitech Machinery Optimized Extrusion Unit
The heart of the system features a double-screw extruder with degassing vent design, ensuring superior plasticization and high pellet output. Its extended service life comes from specialized bimetal alloy construction in the screw and barrel components.

3.Innovative Filtration Technology
The centerpiece of the system - Kitech Machinery self-cleaning laser filtration module - features a hardened steel filter screen with precision laser-drilled micro-pores (80-800μm). Its continuous cleaning mechanism utilizes six scraper blades and a dedicated discharge screw to maintain consistent throughput with highly contaminated materials. This eliminates manual screen changes while minimizing melt loss during operation.
Complementing this is our plate-type backup filter with single-cartridge dual-position design, ceramic heating bands for precise thermal control, and GEFRAN® pressure sensors that automatically alert operators when screen replacement is needed. The integrated lift-ring mechanism ensures simplified maintenance access.

4.Kitech Machinery Precision Pelletizing & Drying
Downstream processing incorporates a European-designed water-ring pelletizer with PLC-controlled variable-speed operation, synchronized with melt pressure to produce uniform pellets. The subsequent two-stage drying system combines vibratory and centrifugal technologies within a closed-loop water circuit featuring heat exchange cooling, ensuring optimal moisture content in final pellets.

5.Intelligent Control System
The entire production line is managed through an integrated PLC system with touchscreen HMI interface, enabling streamlined operation with minimal staffing requirements while providing comprehensive process monitoring.
