The recycling of large-diameter plastic pipe materials can usually be processed through steps such as shredding, crushing and granulation. If the material is really dirty, a cleaning unit can also be added. Through continuous practice and improvement of its own R&D capabilities, KITECH has built an efficient recycling solution for large-diameter plastic pipes.

Plastic pipes mainly come from waste collected at construction sites, urban drainage systems, industrial waste and other locations, as well as from pipe production companies’ own substandard products and scraps. The material itself has stable properties and has good recycling uses.

Shredding and crushing: Use professional long-pushing shredders and crushers to shred discarded large-diameter plastic pipes into smaller fragments or particles. This step helps reduce the volume of the material for subsequent handling and transportation.

The shredded large and small diameter plastic pipes are directly granulated or cleaned and dried to remove surface dirt and impurities to ensure the quality of subsequent processing.

The cleaned and dried HDPE chips are fed into the granulator and processed into recycled granules with consistent specifications through the extrusion and filtration system and water ring granulation mold, which can be repeatedly used in pipe production and other injection molding purposes.
