KPEW Series Electronics waste washing machine

The WEEE recycling production line handles the disassembly, shredding, and recycling of electronic appliance waste, such as TV casings, refrigerator shells, and car battery casings. The process includes dismantling, crushing, saltwater flotation, dewatering, rubber bouncing separation, and electrostatic separation to produce high-purity engineering materials. Initially, ABS and PS casings are crushed into fragments, scrubbed to remove contaminants, and washed via saltwater flotation. After dewatering and drying, metal and miscellaneous materials are separated using bouncing and electrostatic methods. The resulting materials can be pelletized for reuse.

Technical Features

The shredding system is designed with wear resistance to ensure long-term continuous and stable operation.

The high-speed centrifugal washing system applies the appropriate blade impact force on different materials at the most suitable rotation speed, resulting in effective cleaning.

The dry electrostatic separator mainly utilizes the separation principle of high-voltage electric fields, separating materials of different materials with different charge levels in the same unit voltage electric field. This process generates no exhaust gases, wastewater, or solid waste, and there is no pollution or environmental pressure.

The specially designed air flow separation system effectively separates light materials such as sponge and dust during the disassembly and separation of household appliances, improving the purity and recycling rate of various materials.

The strong magnetic drum magnetic separation system efficiently separates steel in the materials and controls the purity of steel materials. Due to its special working method, it is less likely to adsorb impurities when separating steel.
